Welcome to Foundra. By using our website at foundra.us and our related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

6. Subscriptions and payments

The Full Report ($19 one-time, launching Q3 2026) is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. We do not charge recurring fees. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for any reason — just email info@foundra.us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundra and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
